Mix bread crumbs with cheese, parsley, salt and pepper. Dip each piece of chicken into melted butter, then in crumb mixture (coat well). Arrange in an open shallow roasting pan. Pour remaining butter over all. Bake 1 hour or until tender, 350 degrees F. Do not turn chicken but baste frequently with pan drippings.
