Hot Chicken Salad

Ingredients

2cupchicken (cooked and diced)
1 1⁄2cupcelery (diced)
1⁄2cupslivered almonds (toasted)
2 eggs (hard-cooked and chopped)
1tablespoononion (chopped)
1cupmayonnaise
1 1⁄2teaspoonlemon rind (grated)
2teaspoonlemon juice
1⁄2teaspoonpepper
1 1⁄2cupcheddar cheese (shredded)
1 1⁄2cuppotato chips (crushed)

Instructions

Combine first 9 ingredients in a large bowl; mix well. Spoon chicken mixture into a lightly greased shallow 2-quart casserole; sprinkle with cheese, and top with potato chips. Bake at 375F for 25 minutes.
